Rooms are provided monthly and daily rental basis. We strictly restricted use of alcohol and smoking inside the property.We are punctual in keeping the rooms and surroundings neat and clean.

High speed wifi is provided in each property because of our main customers are students and working persons. Also CCTV ssytem is equipped the property for maintaining security.
Homely food
We maintain a common kitchen for the hostel inmates at Harsham property , behind Sabu bakery ,Manacaud. All properties are situated at a walkable distance from this property.Inmates have to come hear at the common dining hall for taking food.

Owner Unnikrishnan , wife and two kids are staying in the same property. AT present we are operating 7 properties inside the city.
